How to Catch Up When You’ve Missed a Lesson

A missed lesson only becomes a problem when the next one builds on it. Close it within a few days.

In short

Find out what it covered

Ask a friend, or check the topic list. You cannot catch up on something unnamed.

Get the method before the questions

Borrowed answers without the method leave the gap exactly where it was.

Copy the worked example, then do one

Copying alone is not learning. The question you do yourself is.

Do the homework anyway

It is the quickest way to find out what you did not follow.

Bring one specific question back

Not that you missed it, but the question you could not finish.

Check the topic again in a week

Missed topics are the ones that reappear at exam time.
